1. About Us

This website and the products offered herein are operated by GreenMesh, based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. References to "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to GreenMesh.

2. Products & Delivery

We offer the following digital products:

• Cold Outreach Autopsy (€37) — a Word document (.docx) containing 10 annotated cold outreach breakdowns and a 12-point pre-send checklist.
• B2B Outreach Repair Kit (€97) — a Word document (.docx) containing a 4-step methodology and 20 AI prompts for building B2B cold outreach sequences.
• Personal Outreach Audit (€350) — a bespoke service where we personally review your outreach sequence and deliver written feedback and rewrites within 72 hours.

Digital products (Levels 1 and 2) are delivered via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout, immediately upon confirmed payment. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address.

The Personal Outreach Audit (Level 3) is delivered as a written document within 72 hours of receiving your submitted sequence materials. Slots are limited to 2–3 per month and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details.

Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

4. No Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned," we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been delivered. This applies to the Cold Outreach Autopsy and the B2B Outreach Repair Kit.

For the Personal Outreach Audit, payment confirms your slot reservation. The fee is non-refundable once the audit has commenced. If you wish to cancel before the audit begins, please contact us within 24 hours of payment and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

If you have experienced a technical issue with delivery (e.g., you did not receive your download link), please contact us at azimin@greenmesh.org within 7 days and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, prompts, methodologies, case studies, and written materials included in our products are the intellectual property of GreenMesh and are protected by copyright law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the materials to third parties
• Share the product files publicly or in group settings without prior written permission
• Claim authorship or present the work as your own creation
• Use the materials to create a competing product without prior written permission

If you wish to use our materials for training, workshops, or team distribution, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

6. Disclaimer of Results

The methodologies, frameworks, and AI prompts provided in our products are based on practical experience and real-world observation. However, we make no guarantee of specific results.

Cold outreach conversion depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: the quality of your product, your target market, the accuracy of your ICP, market conditions, and how you apply the materials. Results will vary by user and circumstance.

Our products are educational tools. They are not a substitute for professional sales consulting, legal advice, or business strategy services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products — including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost business opportunities, or damage to reputation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your product (name, email address, and payment details processed by our payment provider). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

By purchasing, you agree that we may send you transactional emails related to your order. We may also contact you occasionally about related products or updates. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe."

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also be entitled to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of our products following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
